Simeone brace sinks Gilardino's Parma as Torino win 3-0
Giovanni Simeone scored twice as Torino beat Parma 3-0 at the Tardini, Alberto Gilardino's first home match in charge of the hosts.

Torino beat Parma 3-0 at the Stadio Ennio Tardini on Monday 19 October 2026, in round seven of Serie A, Parma's official club website reported.
Giovanni Simeone opened the scoring in the 4th minute and added a second in the 69th. Che Adams scored Torino's second goal of the match in the 24th minute, the club's report said.
Football Italia described it as Alberto Gilardino's first home game in charge of Parma. The club's own website quoted him saying, "We were very poor in the first half-hour. We were too afraid, too slow to react to second balls, and left too much space between the lines."
The result left Torino 13th in Serie A with 7 points, while Parma stayed 16th on 4 points, according to a Serie A round-up published by zamin.uz.
