Better numbers than Mbappé & Haaland - Why Arsenal were desperate to sign Christos Tzolis

Arsenal have completed the signing of Club Brugge star Christos Tzolis. The English Premier League champions will reportedly pay an initial €40 million fee plus bonuses for the 24-year-old, as first reported by Belgian outlet HLN. The priority for Mikel Arteta in the transfer window is to bolster his attacking options and Tzolis can be viewed as a direct replacement for Leandro Trossard, who joined Besiktas last week for €20m.
